Question 1

How much can I actually do with a plan?

Accepted Answer

That depends on what you do. How far a plan goes will vary based on the length and complexity of what you ask for, the size of the files and context involved, how long a conversation or task has been running, and the model or feature you use, and, for anything you have deployed, on the traffic and resources it serves. To manage capacity and keep access fair for everyone, we may also limit usage in other ways, such as daily, weekly or monthly caps, or model and feature availability, at our discretion.

Question 2

How is usage measured?

Accepted Answer

As a share of what your plan includes, shown as one bar split between what you spend building and what your live apps serve. You always see where it's going and how long until it resets.

Question 3

Does unused usage carry over?

Accepted Answer

On paid plans, yes. Usage you don't spend rolls over into the next month, up to twice your monthly amount, and top-ups never expire.

Question 4

What's included in the Free plan?

Accepted Answer

The standard AI models, one project and a smaller monthly allowance, so you can try building before you pay. The most capable models and unlimited projects come with a paid plan.

Question 5

Where is Zentier available?

Accepted Answer

Zentier is not available in Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia or Syria, or in the Crimea, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, Sevastopol and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine. Paid plans and top-ups are not currently sold to buyers in Japan or South Africa; the Free plan is available there.

Question 6

Is it charged per person?

Accepted Answer

No. Your plan belongs to the workspace, and everyone in it shares it. Adding a teammate doesn't change the price.

Question 7

Do you charge for bandwidth?

Accepted Answer

No. Whatever your live projects serve to their visitors, there is no bandwidth line on your bill.

Question 8

What happens if I use it all up?

Accepted Answer

Building pauses first: part of your plan is held back for your live apps, so building can never take a deployed app down. If everything runs out, deployed apps pause too until your plan resets. You can move up a plan or add usage at any time, and nothing keeps running up a bill in the background.

Question 9

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, whenever you like. An upgrade applies as soon as you have paid the prorated charge for the rest of your current billing period; a downgrade takes effect when your current billing period ends.
