Last updated 30 September 2026. AI model providers are chosen per request by OpenRouter, only from providers that do not retain prompts or responses. OpenRouter publishes them at openrouter.ai/providers. When we add a sub-processor, we update this list and email account holders before it starts processing their data. OpenRouter routing between the providers it already publishes is not an addition.
